They are made fresh and then immediately frozen for shipment
and are made only as ordered.
Therefore, please allow us an additional 3 days notice.

second day UPS to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, street
address only. No P.O. Boxes, please. Most deliveries are
made by noon on the second day following shipment. Please
plan to have someone available or make arrangements to
receive the shipment on the day of delivery. We cannot be
responsible for un-received shipments that thaw and spoil.

Our frozen

chili/chile consists of open flame roasted, hand peeled and chopped green,
or whole chili/chile from Hatch, N.M., 1 lb. and 2 lb bricks. Flame
roasted green chile is our specialty. Harvested fresh, flame
roasted, peeled, diced, packed and flash frozen in bricks to lock in the
flavor--all within 24 hours.

everything you want in your shopping basket/shopping cart, click on the view cart icon and
either go to check out, or continue on with your shopping. In the
checkout form, something must be entered in the COMPANY field, n/a is
acceptable. We
accept most major credit cards. If a PO Box is used for shipping
purposes, or for any shipments sent out of the main 48 states an
additional $22.50 charge will be added. Orders may not be
