OPTIONS
You
can enjoy the roasting of chile experience on your own, or for
and additional fee, we'll roast it and ship on dry ice to keep chilled
to you. This process will take more time.
This is for the NON traditionalist who doesn't want to enjoy that wonderful
aroma of roasting their very own CHILE. Of course FRESH
that is non processed needs to be roasted, peeled and
consumed, or Frozen within just a few days time. Non
processed is the method we will ship unless otherwise
instructed.
Processed means that we do the roasting and ship with gel packs,
or dry ice to keep it refrigerator temperature. We will charge that
portion using the card you ordered with on the day of
shipment. If you choose to have your order processed you
must mention it in the comments section when
ordering. Orders
may not be processed for up to 5 days depending on volume. Please use
the "Comments Section" of the check out form to indicate
preferred heat, or a desired shipping deadlines, etc. Also, when
filling out the check out form, something, any thing (n/a for
instance) must be entered in the company field. We
are not responsible for shipping company errors, accidents, or delays.
